3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Operate and improve the Platform
  • Display Rep profiles to authorized Recruiters
  • Facilitate introduction requests between Reps and Recruiters
  • Send transactional emails (account verification, intro notifications)
  • Enforce our Terms of Service and comply with legal obligations

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Authorized Recruiters — Rep profile data is viewable by verified Recruiters on the Platform as part of the core service
  • Service Providers — Infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel, Render, Resend) under data processing agreements
  • Legal Compliance — If required by law, court order, or governmental authority

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us via the Contact page. We will respond within 30 days. Note that some data may be retained for legal or compliance purposes.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including Row Level Security on our database, encrypted data transmission (TLS), and access controls. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
